Official description of the call
Extract from the resolution of January 22, 2025 of the Polinyà City Council of the call for the public tender for the granting of aid subject to the Municipal Ordinance on the granting of social economic benefits of the Polinyà City Council for the year 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.bi 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, publishes the extract of the call, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries: People from the municipality who are in a situation of special need and/or emergency to attend to situations of state or risk of social exclusion. Second. Purpose: Call for public tender for the granting of economic benefits of a social nature for the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Since the Plenary Session of April 3, 2019, the Ordinance on social economic benefits was approved, which were published in the BOP of June 12, 2019, with subsequent modifications until the last modification that was approved by the Plenary Session of May 29, 2024, published in the BOP of July 29, 2024, where the requirements and conditions to access the call are specified. Amount: The credit available for this call is 36,000 euros, distributed as follows: Scope Budget application Maximum amount Social Aid 16,231,480.00 €16,000 Childhood Aid 16,231,480.03 €20,000 €36,000 Fifth. Application submission deadline. It will begin the day after the publication of an extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona through the BDNS and will end on December 31, 2025.
