Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the resolution is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the BDNS (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. 1. The granting of subsidies for the contracting of the installation of a high-speed electronic communications network in premises of industrial zones, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, is called for the year 2025, under a non-competitive competition regime. 2. The call is governed by the provisions of the Order of November 8, 2022, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime for the installation of a high-speed electronic communications network in industrial zone offices, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (financed by the European Union-Next Generation EU), in the Order of December 2, 2024. by which the previous one is modified, as well as by the provisions of the Resolution of the call. 3. The credit available for this call is €13,231,958.76, which will be allocated to the following budget item and annuity: BUDGET ITEM ANNUALITY 2025 TOTAL 0131180000 G/12D/77602/00 MR05150201 €13,231,958.76 €13,231,958.76 4. The European Union participates in the financing of these subsidies, through the Next Generation EU Recovery Fund at a percentage of 100%. Second. Beneficiary persons or entities. Beneficiaries will be natural and legal persons that are considered micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as defined in the Recommendation of the European Commission of May 6, 2003, that are owners or tenants of real estate in which economic activity is carried out and that are located in industrial estates and logistics centers, as well as in other areas of business concentration, located in the areas specified in the Resolution of the call. Third. Object. 1. The object of the subsidies is the contracting of the installation of a high-speed electronic communications network, capable of providing services at speeds of 1 Gbps, in the factories, centers, units, facilities and dependencies in which economic activity is carried out within the industrial estates and logistics centers, as well as in other areas of business concentration located in the areas specified in the Resolution of the call. 2. The areas where the properties subject to the installation of the electronic communications network subsidized in the Resolution of the call can be located will be those areas of Andalusia specified in the geographic viewer accessible at the URL https://www.consultateleco.es/api/document/link/ordenes_mrr_linea3_2024/. 3. Eligible expenses must have been incurred in the period between November 18, 2021 and the end date of the respective action, which in no case may be later than December 31, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of the single transitional provision of Royal Decree 520/2024, of June 4, which modifies Royal Decree 988/2021, of November 16, which approves the direct granting of aid to the autonomous communities and cities of Ceuta and Melilla for the execution of various actions to reinforce connectivity in industrial estates and logistics centers, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The deadline for submitting applications runs from the day following the day the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, until March 15, 2025 inclusive, without prejudice to the provisions of the second section. of article 12 of the Regulatory Bases. 3.
