Official description of the call
First. Access requirements: In general, non-profit associations and foundations that have their headquarters and framework of action in the municipality of San Sebastián, or have an institutional presence in the municipality that is considered of municipal interest, may apply for these subsidies. Those that, specifically, are determined in each of the Specific Bases. Associations and foundations must be registered in the Basque Government Registry or other public Registries. They must also be registered in the Registry of Citizen Entities, a requirement that may be replaced exceptionally, for those associations and foundations that occasionally carry out some activity in the municipality of San Sebastián and in which the municipal institutional presence is considered of interest. Second. Purpose Approval of the general bases that regulate the general procedure for granting a subsidy through a competitive competition regime for the year 2025. These subsidies are intended to collaborate in the development of citizen initiatives that are developed in the year 2025 and that contribute to achieving the planned objectives in the different municipal areas. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated January 28, 2025. The financial allocation allocated to the subsidies called by the municipal areas contemplated in the corresponding specific bases for the year 2025 is 2,372,756 euros. Fifth. Deadline and method of submission Applications must be submitted using electronic means and will be written in accordance with the specific web form available at the address https://www.donostia.eus/info/udalinfo/Tramites.nsf/vTramites/4EF5B8124F0253FEC125843A003E0C7E?OpenDocument&sel=tema&idioma=cas&id=D580485&des=Asociaciones-Entidades&cat=Ayudas%20econ%F3micas and with the documentation requested in art. 5 of these bases. The submission period will be one month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Payment method and terms The payment method and terms are defined in the respective specific bases of the call. Seventh.
