Extract from the JGL Agreement dated January 28, 2025, which approves the specific bases for the granting of subsidies to private non-profit entities for projects and activities related to Basque in the year 2025

Official description of the call

First. Access requirements: Entities that meet the requirements established in article 3 of the general bases and, in particular, those that develop programs and actions of comprehensive neighborhood plans, specific actions and programs for Basque Language Day, may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second. Purpose Approval of the specific bases for the year 2025 that regulate the procedure for granting subsidies through a competitive competition regime to private non-profit entities for the implementation of projects and activities that develop or complement the General Basque Plan of San Sebastián. Third. Regulatory bases Approved by the Local Government Board dated January 28, 2025. Available on the municipal website https://www.donostia.eus/info/ciudadano/part_asociaciones.nsf/fwCategoria?ReadForm&idioma=cas&id=A608306628767&cat=Subvenciones Cuarto. Amount. The financial allocation for the year 2025 is 60,260 euros, distributed as follows: a) Comprehensive neighborhood plans: 42,500 euros b) Specific actions: 10,260 euros c) Programs for Basque Language Day: €7,500 Fifth. Deadline and form of presentation. Applications must be submitted using electronic means and will be written in accordance with the specific web form available at the address https://www.donostia.eus/info/udalinfo/Tramites.nsf/vTramites/4EF5B8124F0253FEC125843A003E0C7E?OpenDocument&sel=tema&idioma=cas&id=D580485&des=Asociaciones-Entidades&cat=Ayudas%20econ%F3micas and with the documentation requested in article 5 of the General Bases, as well as that indicated in these specific bases. The submission period will be one month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Payment method and terms The subsidy will be paid in two parts: - 70% at the time of approval of the concession by the competent body. - 30% once the application of the subsidy granted has been justified and the documents required to justify the subsidy have been presented and validated in the terms established in article 16 of the general bases and in these specific bases.
