Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted on the website of the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiaries City councils and decentralized municipal entities, included in the territorial scope of the Provincial Council of Girona. Second. Purpose Subsidies intended for the financing of municipal subsidies derived from the actions of city councils to plan and execute policies to promote citizen participation. Third. Regulatory bases Specific regulatory bases approved by the Plenary of the Provincial Council in the session of November 21, 2023 and definitively published to BOPG no. 230, of November 30, 2023. Fourth. Amount The total amount of the call is €250,000.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline Subsidy applications may be submitted from February 3 to March 3, 2025 (both inclusive). They must be submitted through the Diputació de Girona Subsidies Portal (https://seu.ddgi.cat/subvencions), where you can find the standardized documents and the specific request for this line. A single subsidy application may be submitted per city council, and each application must be accompanied by the documentation established in the regulatory bases. If the deadline to submit the application falls on a Saturday or a holiday, the deadline will end on the next business day. Sixth. Deadline to execute or justify the subsidies The deadline to justify the subsidized actions will end on November 15, 2025. Seventh. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against this resolution before the contentious-administrative court of Girona, within a period of two months, starting from the day following its notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed before the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona, within a period of one month, starting from the day following its notification.
