Official description of the call
First. Purpose of the subsidy. The objective of this resolution is to grant, on a competitive basis, subsidies for the organization of sporting events planned in Oiartzun throughout the year 2025. The objective of the aforementioned activities is to promote sport in the town, and are aimed at non-profit sports entities. Furthermore, they must be of general interest. Second. Conditions to apply for the subsidy. Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic unit that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the projects, activities or behaviors or are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy, may access the status of beneficiary person, as long as they are not subject to any of the prohibitions described in article 13 of the General Subsidy Law and comply with the requirements established in article 4 of the Ordinance that regulates subsidies of the Oiartzun City Council. Third. Amount of subsidies. For the payment of these financial aid there is a total allocation of 15,000.00 euros, on account of item number 1 0352.481.341.00.03.2025 of the Oiartzun City Council budget for 2025. Fourth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. Applications must be addressed to the convening body, and must be signed by the applicant or whoever represents him or her. Applications and forms, duly completed, may be submitted in person or electronically within 30 calendar days from the day following their publication in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Likewise, applications may also be submitted through any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
