Official description of the call
First. Participants: All people residing in the province of Seville may participate in the contest, without any limitations. All participating persons must have Spanish nationality or residence and comply with the requirements of art. 13.2 of the General Subsidies Law through responsible declaration. Second. Requirements: The works will be submitted electronically, in JPEG format, with at least 72 pixels per inch (dpi) and a maximum file size of 12 Megabytes (Mb). The works will be sent to the email address lagunadefuentedelrey@doshermanas.es Each photograph will be sent by e-mail as an attachment, and must also contain the following information: Title of the photograph. Name and surname of the author. Birthdate. Copy of ID on both sides. In the event that the province of Seville does not appear on the DNI as the place of residence, this will have to be accredited by providing another document whose validity will be assessed by the organization. Phone number. Contact email, if different from the shipping email. Every participating person must fill out the data protection document and send it to the same email address. The photographs submitted to the contest must have been taken in Fuente del Rey Lagoon, respecting at all times the rules of use of the premises. The technique to be used will be free and in black and white or color. Photo editing and retouching is supported. Photographs will be free of any type of watermark, signature or similar. The works will be unpublished, photography that has been awarded in another contest or competition or is pending resolution of other awards will not be eligible to compete. No more than one prize may go to the same person. A single person may not submit more than three photographs to this contest. If the image of a recognizable person appears in the work, authorization signed by the same person will be attached for its inclusion in the photograph, in the case of a minor, the authorization of the mother/father or guardians. Works that do not meet the established requirements will be directly excluded from the competition. Third. Regulatory bases. Amount. The following prizes are established: Prize for the best photography: €400 in photographic material and trophy. Youth award for the best photography aimed at young people up to 35 years old: €400 in photographic material and trophy. Award for the best local photography: €400 in photographic material and trophy. Youth award for the best local photography, aimed at young people up to 35 years old in the town of Dos Hermanas: €400 in photographic material and trophy. If, in the opinion of the jury, it is deemed advisable to award a special mention, this will be awarded with a trophy. Fifth. Deadline for submission of works. The deadline for submitting works will be from February 10 to March 9, 2025. Sixth. Other data. The participants who are awarded exclusively, totally, free of charge and irrevocably transfer all the rights of unlimited reproduction in time and place without this being hindered by the intellectual property right that corresponds to the author who, in the case of using his or her winning work in whole or in part, must expressly indicate, and state in it, the reservation of the rights that correspond to the Exc. Dos Hermanas City Council, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 48 of the Intellectual Property Law. Likewise, the submission of a photograph to this contest implies authorization to be reproduced and disseminated, either in physical or digital format, with the purpose of promoting the ideas and values that are the subject of this contest. Participation in this contest implies acceptance of its rules and the Jury's decision. The organization may introduce, if it deems necessary, any modifications it deems appropriate for the proper functioning of the contest. If during the development of the contest or after it it is found that some of the works presented have been plagiarized, the organization will automatically disqualify the person and their work or take the measures it considers.
