Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, dated November 17, general of subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). Beneficiaries • Call for non-competitive subsidies: those councils of Galicia whose municipal territory lies within the polygonal delimitation of a wind farm and, likewise, those affected by the corresponding connection installation or evacuation route, related to Annex V of the order. • Call for competitive subsidies: a) The councils of Galicia that formulate requests individually. b) The councils of Galicia that formulate a request in a joint manner through groups or associations of councils, we refer to article 9. c) The associations of councils of Galicia. d) The local consortiums of Galicia, constituted in accordance with Law 5/1997, dated 22 July, of the Local Administration of Galicia, as long as they are participated by one or several councils. Provincial deputations are expressly excluded. Second. Objective To regulate the distribution criteria and establish the regulatory bases and the call for subsidies from the Environmental Compensation Fund for the year 2025, in a regime of non-competitive competition and competitive competition, individually and through the shared management system, affected by the realization of expenses that have a productive nature exergatory of employment. Regulatory bases Ordered on January 23, 2025 to regulate the distribution criteria and establish the regulatory bases and call for subsidies for the non-competitive line and the competitive line of the Environmental Compensation Fund for the year 2025, individually and through the shared management system, destined for local entities in Galicia (procedure codes PR483A, PR483B, PR483C and PR483D). Room. Amount For the financing of the call for subsidies, a total of 7,715,174.00 euros is allocated. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counted from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. It will be understood as the last day of the deadline or corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If the last day of the term is not a business day, it will be understood as extended to the first business day following that, if the expiration month does not have a day equivalent to the publication, it will be understood that the term expires on the last day of the month.
