Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Companies that have received, during the year 2024, the Entrepreneur of the Month Award awarded by the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia, and meet the different conditions established in Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831, of December 13, 2023, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid Second. Purpose: Call for the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2024. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of April 4, 2016 of the Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism, and Employment, modified by the Order of March 26, 2024, of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, establishes the Regulatory Bases of the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards of the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia. Room. Amount of prizes: The maximum available credit available for the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards for this call is 12,000 euros, charged to budget item 2025 1611 711A 74102. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The aid application will be submitted electronically, within a period of 15 days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the BORM. Sixth.
