Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiary entities Local entities and private non-profit Galician entities that have stable premises for archiving and guard documentary collections that constitute the documentary heritage of Galicia, understood as established in article 109 of Law 5/2016, of May 4, on the cultural heritage of Galicia, will be eligible for this aid. Second. Object The object of this order constitutes, on the one hand, the establishment of the regulatory bases for aid aimed at improving the archives of Galicia, guaranteeing responsible custody and citizen access to documents, and on the other, the call for these aid for the year 2025 (procedure code CT130A). The purpose of the aid is to carry out activities that aim to describe the documentary collections of the Galician archives according to the archival methodology. The aid regulated in this order will be granted on a competitive basis and under the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality, non-discrimination, effectiveness and efficiency. Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 27, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases that will govern aid intended for collaboration in the financing of actions related to archives and calls for applications for the year 2025 (procedure code CT130A). Amount To grant the requested subsidies, a total credit of one hundred and eighty-five thousand euros (€185,000) will be allocated, with the following distribution by budget applications: 13.03.432A.760.0. Local entities: €150,000. 13.03.432A.781.0. Galician non-profit entities: €35,000. Fifth. Application submission deadline One month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
