EXTRACT from the Order of JANUARY 3, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to local entities of the autonomous community of Galicia for the promotion of equality, individually and through the shared management system, partially co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the ESF+Galicia 2021-2027 program, and calls for applications for the year 2025 (procedure codes SI436A, SI435A and SI427B). In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). Beneficiary entities The town councils may be beneficiary entities of the subsidies provided for in this order, by individual request or by joint request of a group or association of town councils, the associations of town councils of Galicia and the local consortia of Galicia, constituted exclusively by town councils, as well as the entities resulting from a municipal merger, provided that they meet the other requirements and conditions established in the regulatory bases. Second. Purpose The aid is granted on a competitive basis and is intended to support and promote the development of measures and actions to promote equality at the local level, through the following programs: a) Joint Responsibility Plan Program at the local level (SI436A). b) Program for the promotion of equality between women and men and for the prevention and treatment of gender violence, hereinafter, Program for the promotion of equality and prevention of gender violence (SI435A). c) Support program for women's information centers, hereinafter, CIM support program (SI427B). Third. Regulatory bases Order of January 3, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies to local entities of the autonomous community of Galicia for the promotion of equality, individually and through the shared management system, partially co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the ESF+Galicia 2021-2027 program, and calls for applications for the year 2025 (procedure codes SI436A, SI435A and SI427B). Room. Amount 1. The maximum amounts of aid in the different programs are the following: a) Joint Responsible Plan Program at the local level: the maximum amount of aid will be 55,000.00 euros, in the case of an individual application, and 120,000.00 euros, in the case of a request for shared management or an entity resulting from the merger of city councils. b) Program for the promotion of equality and prevention of gender violence: the maximum amount of aid will be 15,000 euros, in the case of an individual application, and 28,000 euros, in the case of a request for shared management or an entity resulting from the merger of town councils. c) Support program for women's information centers (CIM): the maximum total amount of aid is 52,000.00 euros, in the case of an individual request, and 120,000.00 euros, in the case of a request for shared management or an entity resulting from a merger of town councils. The aid from the SI436A program is financed with finalist funds from the State of the Co-Responsible Plan; The aid from the SI427B program is financed with free own funds of the Autonomous Community of Galicia and the aid from the SI435A program is 60% co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the ESF+ Galicia 2 Program
