Call for subsidies from the Alcantarilla City Council in matters of social action within the field of social services, which are developed in the municipality of Alcantarilla, financial year 2025. By agreement of the Governing Board of the Alcantarilla City Council dated January 28, 2025, the following public call has been approved for the granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies from the Alcantarilla City Council for the implementation of projects in the field of social action within the scope of Social Services, corresponding to the year 2025. In accordance with the provisions of article 17.2 and 23.2 a) of the General Law of Subsidies and the Subsidy Regulations of the Alcantarilla City Council. The Alcantarilla City Council, by Full Agreement dated April 24, 2023, approved the Modification of the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Alcantarilla City Council in matters of social action and within the field of social services, hereinafter Regulatory Bases, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, no. 249, of October 27, 2023, and on the website of the Alcantarilla City Council www.alcantarilla.es In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned regulations, this call is prepared, aimed at the granting of subsidies by the Alcantarilla City Council, on a competitive basis, for the implementation of projects regarding social action within the field of social services, which are developed in the municipality of Alcantarilla in the financial year. 2025. First. Beneficiary Entities 1. Non-profit entities with establishments in the municipality of Alcantarilla may be beneficiaries of subsidies, which in addition to including in their statutory purposes the carrying out of activities aimed at any of the groups that, for the purpose of these bases, comply with the requirements provided for in these bases and the specific ones included in the corresponding calls. 2. Public law entities, universities, political parties, professional associations, civil societies, official chambers of commerce, industry or navigation, business organizations and unions or other entities with similar specific purposes and of a similar nature to those mentioned above may not be beneficiaries of subsidies regulated in these Bases. Second. Purpose The implementation of projects or intervention activities, which are developed in the financial year 2025 and whose scope of action is: 1. Family. 2. Seniors. 3. Childhood and Adolescence. 4. People with functional diversity. 5. Migrant population. 6. Associative and volunteer movement. 7. Other groups. Third. Regulatory bases Regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Alcantarilla City Council in matters of social action and within the field of social services, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, no. 249, of October 27, 2023, and on the Alcantarilla City Council website www.alcantarilla.es. Room. Objective criteria for evaluating projects. As established in article 9 of the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Alcantarilla City Council in matters of social action and within the scope of social services, published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, no. 249, of October 27, 2023, the objective criteria for the evaluation of projects will be in accordance with the following: The evaluation or total score will have a maximum of 100 points. In the evaluation or scoring, two blocks or sections are distinguished: A - ENTITY. With a maximum score of 16 points. B - PROJECT. With a maximum score of 84 points. To qualify for the grant, projects must exceed 50% of the maximum score in both sections. That is, projects must exceed at least 8 points in section A – ENTITY and 42 points in section B – PROJECT. Below are scoring tables A and B and their corresponding values. ENTITY 16 1. Experience in the development of social projects with the acting group, in the Local Administration. 2 More than 10 years 2 From 2 to 9 years 1 Less than 2 years 0 2. The Entity has obtained subsidies from the Alcantarilla City Council in previous years in this line of subsidy
