Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries 1. Natural persons (autonomous) and private legal persons, with domicile or branch in Galicia or in a member territory of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area, professionally dedicated to the activity of production and distribution of performing arts or musical shows that carry out their activity mainly in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, can obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies. 2. Groups of private natural or legal persons, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the activities object of the subsidy, with domicile or branch in Galicia or in a member territory of the European Union or associated with the European Economic Area, professionally dedicated to the activity of production and distribution of performing arts or musical shows that carry out their activity mainly in the Autonomous Community of Galicia, may also be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose To determine the conditions that will regulate the granting of subsidies to promote the foreign and domestic distribution of cultural goods and services produced by companies linked to the performing and musical arts and to call them for the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of January 10, 2025 by which the regulatory bases are established, under a non-competitive competition regime, for subsidies for distribution activities for cultural industries of performing arts and music, and are convened for the year 2025 (Procedure code CT402C). Room. Amount The credit allocated to financing this aid is 600,000 euros charged to budget application 13.A1.432B. 470.0, of the general budgets of the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries for the year 2025 (project code 2015-00003). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Galicia and will end six months later. The electronic office for the submission of applications will open at 9:00 a.m. and the end of the period will be at 2:00 p.m. on the due date.
