Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). One. Beneficiaries 1. Beneficiary entities of this aid may be the town councils of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, through which the different Caminos de Santiago run, recognized by Law 5/2016, of May 4, on cultural heritage, and delimited by the corresponding decree, as well as those in which an initial agreement was issued for its processing. 2. Galician local entities may submit their application individually or jointly as a group, association, community, merger or other similar formula. In the cases of associations, consortia or metropolitan areas, it must be proven that the service is provided in a joint, metropolitan or consortium manner and that, in any case, it does not involve an isolated or independent action. Second. Purpose The establishment of the regulatory bases for subsidies intended to finance cultural programs carried out by local entities along which the different Caminos de Santiago run to contribute to the promotion of the performing or musical arts, and approve their call for the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of January 10, 2025, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, of the Culture on the Camino program, for the promotion of the performing and musical arts in the municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Galicia through which the different Caminos de Santiago run, and are convened for the year 2025 (procedure code CT 302B). Room. Amount A global credit of 250,000 euros is allocated from the budget application 13.A1.432B.760.0 of project code 2015-00003, from the budgets of the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin five business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Galicia and will end five months later. The electronic office for the submission of applications will open at 9:00 a.m. and the end of the period will be at 2:00 p.m. on the due date.
