Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The social emergency benefits are intended for individuals and family units residing in the municipality and who meet the following access conditions: Not having income equal to or greater than the results of the application of the following formula: Total income = IRSC x 1.4 From the second member of the cohabiting family unit, this amount will increase with the result of the following expression: (Number of members of the family unit – 1) x 0.15 x IRSC x 1.4 The IRSC (Income Sufficiency Indicator of Catalonia) will be the one set annually by the Generalitat of Catalonia in the Budget Law of the Generalitat. Based on the amount of family income obtained by a cohabitation unit of 5 members, applying the formula (5-1) x 0.15 x IRSC x 1.4, you will not be entitled to any social emergency benefit. To assess the family economic situation, all existing income will be taken into account, including social benefits. Amount The maximum total amount allocated in this subsidy program is €147,600.00, of the total of this amount, €120,000.00 charged to the budget application XX 61 2311 4820000 are allocated to financial aid for social emergency benefits and on the other hand, €27,600.00 and charged to item XX 61 2312 4820000 to occupy an assisted living place for social emergencies. Exceptionally, this initial endowment may be increased without the need for a new call, in accordance with article 58.2 of the RLGS, if its amount has to be increased as a result of the approval of a credit modification. The amount of the economic adjustments of social urgency, in general, will not exceed €1,200.00 per year per family unit. In exceptional cases, and after evaluation by the technical staff of social services, financial aid may be granted for an amount greater than the amount indicated above. This financial limitation of €1,200.00 per year per family unit is excluded in cases of aid in kind for the assisted living place service for social emergencies, always with the prior report of the Social Services team of primary care Fifth.
