FIRST. Approve the call and the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to cover living expenses, directly linked to the birth or adoption of a child in the municipality of l'Alqueria de la Comtessa. (BABY CHECK 2024) which are transcribed below: "REGULATORY BASIS OF AID FOR BIRTH OR ADOPTION 1. Purpose of the subsidy. Financial benefits aimed at covering expenses intended to cover basic family needs constitute one of the fundamental elements of social inclusion, in addition to responding to a subjective right of citizenship. Being aware that the birth or adoption of a boy or girl entails initial expenses that families have to make On the other hand, the City Council of l'Alqueria de la Comtessa wants to help families who have sons or daughters by birth or adoption through the implementation of the Check-Baby program. Considering the above, the purpose of these bases is to grant aid to cover living expenses, directly linked to the birth or adoption of a child. The granting of these aids will be carried out through the non-competitive competition regime. The amount of 2,000 euros is allocated, with the budget credit enabled in the 2025 Budget in budget item 231/48002. This credit may be increased in the event that it is insufficient to meet all the applications submitted and that meet the requirements established in these bases. 3. Amounts The amount of aid will be 400.00 euros for each child born. or adopted, until the available credit is exhausted, without more than one aid being requested for this concept for each birth or adoption. 4. Beneficiaries and requirements will be the mothers or fathers who had a son/daughter or adopted a son/daughter under 2 years of age, as well as guardians with parental authority or guardianship in the event of the death of the parents and who meet the following requirements: - That the birth or adoption took place between the days. 01/01/2024 and 12/31/2024. - That both parents are registered in l'Alqueria de la Comtessa or in the case of a single-parent family that the parent has been registered for a minimum of 3 months. In all cases, registration must be maintained for at least one year from the date of granting the subsidy, starting the refund procedure if this is not fulfilled (it will be verified). - That the child is registered at the address of the applicant at the time of the application (it will be verified ex officio). - Only one beneficiary per child - The applicants (both father and mother, or, if applicable, only the person who has custody of the minor) will have to be up to date with their tax obligations with the City Council of l'Alqueria de la Comtessa, as well as with the rest of the Public Administrations at the time of the end of the filing period. applications 5.
