In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First.- Purpose These bases are intended to establish an aid system in order to encourage the creation of jobs in the municipality of Sils, within the limits established in the municipal budgets, in favor of companies that increase the number of workers on their staff residing in the municipality of Sils, through the Network of Comprehensive Services for Occupation (SIO) of the Sils City Council. An incentive system is also established to promote entrepreneurship and favor the creation and establishment of new companies in the municipality of Sils. The objective of this aid is to encourage and encourage the creation of new companies and jobs. These aids are compatible with the rest of the aid provided for these concepts by other administrations. Second.- Regulatory bases The specific bases, regulating the granting of these subsidies related to incentives to companies and new entrepreneurs, are published on the Sils city council website, http://www.sils.cat/seu-electronica/bases-subvencions/. Third.- Amount of aid. The amount of the aid is established in article 7 of the Regulatory Bases for the granting of incentives to companies and new entrepreneurs for the promotion of employment in the municipality of Sils. Fourth.- Application submission deadline Applications will be formulated in the model prepared for this purpose. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, until October 15 of the same.
