Official description of the call
Announcement from the Most Excellent Valencia City Council on the extract of the Agreement of February 7, 2025 of the Local Government Board of the Valencia City Council, which approves the call for subsidies for the VII Call for Caliu Fallas Large and Children Awards 2025 for its egalitarian and diverse nature. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/813772): First. Beneficiary Persons: Fallas Commissions of the city of Valencia that are integrated into the Central Fallera Board, and that have the legal capacity to do so. Second. Purpose: Promote the development of egalitarian and diverse interest, enhance capabilities in these areas and promote the collective effort developed by the Fallas commissions. Third. Regulatory Bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valencia City Council and its Public Bodies, initially approved by plenary agreement of July 28, 2016 (BOP 1-09-16), made final by Mayor's Resolution No. Z-903, dated October 19, 2016 (BOP 2-11-16). Room. Amount: The total amount of the prizes is €14,000.00. Different prizes will be awarded: BIG FALLS: 1ST PRIZE: €3,000.00 and banner.-2nd PRIZE: €2,000.00 and banner.-3RD PRIZE: €1,000.00 and banner.-4TH AND 5TH PRIZE: €500.00 and banner. CHILDREN'S FALLS: 1ST PRIZE: €3,000.00 and banner.- 2nd PRIZE: €2,000.00 and banner.-3RD PRIZE: €1,000.00 and banner.-4TH AND 5: €500.00 and banner. The amount of the prizes for the year 2025 will be subject to legal withholding. Fifth. Application submission period: Submission period subject to publication in the Official Gazette. From the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. March 1, 2025 included.
