Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit associations and entities, domiciled in the municipality, legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities and in the Census of youth entities of the General Directorate of Youth of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and that have among their objectives that of education in leisure during the free time of children or adolescents of Mataró, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. The beneficiary entities will have to be informed in the Guide to leisure education entities of the General Directorate of Youth of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Scout groups, domiciled in the municipality, dependent on non-profit entities that have among their objectives that of leisure education during the free time of children or adolescents of Mataró, legally constituted and registered in the Census of youth entities of the General Directorate of Youth of the Generalitat of Catalonia as a youth section of associations and entities and informed in the Guide of leisure education entities of the General Directorate of Youth of the Generalitat of Catalonia. The same entity may submit an application for each of the scout groups that are included in its statutes. Scout groups will have to meet the requirements set forth in article 7 of Order BSF/12/2014, of January 23, on the Census of youth entities. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, cannot obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases. Non-profit entities and associations that sign with the Mataró City Council an agreement regulating a nominative subsidy, included in the municipal budget, to carry out their annual activity programs, will not be able to obtain a subsidy in accordance with the provisions of these particular bases and the specific ones that approve each program for the same activities/programs included in the agreement regulating the nominative subsidy, nor for any other in the event that the specific bases provide for exclusion. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these bases is to regulate the granting of subsidies for educational leisure activities for children and adolescents under 18 years of age. The offer of activities that will be considered eligible for subsidies will have to have a duration of more than four months and at least a fortnightly operating rhythm. Excluded are extracurricular activities, those carried out during school periods, public events, regular sports practices, stable toy library activities, and activities organized by CRAE, by non-residential socio-educational services, or by associations linked to the open environment or juvenile justice. The mission and objectives of the eligible activities must be consistent with the definition of leisure activity defined in "Decree 267/2016, of July 5, on leisure education activities in which minors under 18 years of age participate", of the Generalitat of Catalonia, which includes any of the organized activities carried out with minors under 18 years of age outside the family environment and the powers of the Department of Education. Third. Regulatory Bases: You can consult the text of the Specific Bases and obtain the application form on the City Council website: www.mataro.cat. Room. Amount: The subsidies will be covered by the budget application 820501 231120 48900 of leisure agreements and subsidies of the current budget, up to a maximum amount of 8,513.71 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from 03/18 to 04/07, 2025. The City Council will provide a dossier with the necessary documentation to request and justify the subsidy, which will be available to interested parties and must be presented duly signed within the application submission deadline. Applications and required documentation must be submitted electronically by entities and individuals, using the Electronic Office (https://seu.mataro.cat).
