Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit sports clubs or associations, domiciled in the municipality, legally constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities and the Registry of Sports Entities of the Generalitat of Catalonia (REE) can apply for the subsidies. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, cannot obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases. Non-profit entities and associations that sign with the Mataró City Council an agreement regulating a nominative subsidy, included in the municipal budget, to carry out their annual activity programs, will not be able to obtain a subsidy in accordance with the provisions of these particular bases and the specific ones that approve each program for the same activities/programs included in the agreement regulating the nominative subsidy, nor by another head in the event that the specific bases provide for exclusion. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this program is the annual sports promotion activities directly related to all forms of sports in Mataró, carried out during the year 2025, to reach the greatest possible number of practitioners, seeking the best quality. Sports promotion is understood to be the training and/or competition activities of federated sports participating in regular leagues of the Catalan or Spanish federations; as well as the activities of sports initiation schools even if they do not participate in official competitions. Both conventional sports and adapted sports. Third. Regulatory Bases: You can consult the text of the Specific Bases and obtain the application form on the City Council website: www.mataro.cat. Room. Amount: These subsidies will be allocated to the budget application 850100 341130 48901 sports promotion subsidies, from the current budget of the Mataró City Council, with a maximum of 213,600.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be from 03/18 to 04/07, 2025. The City Council will provide a dossier with the necessary documentation to request and justify the subsidy, which will be available to interested parties and must be presented duly signed within the application submission deadline. Applications and required documentation must be submitted electronically by entities and individuals, using the Electronic Office (https://seu.mataro.cat).
