Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries All natural (self-employed) or legal persons, constituted as independent audiovisual producers and registered under the heading IAE 961.1, who have a minimum seniority, and without interruptions, of one year in both cases, will be eligible for these subsidies. In addition, they must have a permanent branch or office for at least one year prior to this call in the Autonomous Community of Galicia or in a Member State of the EU, or that is part of the agreement that establishes the European Economic Area, and carry out their usual activity in Galicia. Second. Purpose To determine the conditions by which the granting of aid will be regulated, under a competitive competition regime, from the Galician Agency for Cultural Industries for the production and co-production of Galician audiovisual projects, called for the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases Resolution of January 13, 2025 by which the regulatory bases are established, under a competitive competition regime, for subsidies for the production and co-production of Galician audiovisual projects, and are called for the year 2025 (procedure code CT207A). Room. Amount These aids will be financed with a total credit of 3,000,000 euros, from budget application 13.A1.432B.770.0, project code 2010 00005, with the following distribution: Annuity 2025: €300,000. Annuity 2026: €743,000. Annuity 2027: €902,000. Annuity 2028: €1,055,000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of the corresponding call in the Official Gazette of Galicia.
