ANNEX II EXTRACT FROM THE CALL Extract from Mayor's Resolution No. 2024-0096 dated 02/06/2024 by which subsidies are called for BIRTH PROMOTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SILES for the year 2025 (Borns in 2024 through the competitive competition procedure). In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Beneficiaries. The following may apply for this subsidy: - Parents, whether married, de facto couples or single-parent families who have children. - Adopters of children up to 6 years old will also be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to provide aid to promote birth rates in this town of Siles (Jaén). Births or adoptions that have taken place during the year 2024 may be subject to subsidy. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the specific Ordinance for the granting of subsidies regarding Birth Promotion, approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session dated December 9, 2020 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 23, dated February 4, 2021. Fourth. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following: 5,000.00 euros, charged to item 2310 48008 of the current Budget (2025) and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 5,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 38 of Law 30/1992, of November 26, on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure, within a period of TWENTY BUSINESS DAYS from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of JAEN. Applications may be submitted electronically in the terms provided in Law 11/2007, of June 22, on electronic access of citizens to Public Services. Sixth. Other data. The following documents must be attached to the application: Birth certificate of the newborn issued by the corresponding Civil Registry in the case of births: Copy of the Judicial Resolution in the case of adoptions. Registration certificate of the beneficiaries that proves the effective residence in the Municipality for at least one year prior to the date of birth, as well as the coexistence of the beneficiaries with the newborn or with the adopted child. The date of registration of the newborn and the reason for registration will be indicated. Municipal certification proving that you are up to date with your tax obligations with the Siles City Council. Photocopy N.I.F. parents. In the event that the required documents were already in the possession of the City Council, the applicant, provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the procedure to which they correspond, may make use of their right not to present them, stating the date and the body or agency in which they were presented or issued.
