OÑATI CITY COUNCIL ANNOUNCEMENT Call for subsidies 2025. Municipal aid for the installation of fire detectors in private homes. The City Council of Oñati, in a Plenary Session on July 22, 2010, approved the regulatory bases for the installation of fire detectors in private homes, having modified it in a Plenary Session on July 28, 2012. The ordinance and its modification were published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 144 and 67 dated July 30, 2010 and April 10, 2012 respectively. In the aforementioned specific ordinance, the City Council will agree for each year on the age group of the beneficiaries of said aid. For this reason, it was agreed by agreement of the Municipal Government Board of February 13, 2025 to carry out the following call for aid for the year 2025: AGREES: Approve the 2025 call for the aforementioned subsidies. Financing charged to budget item 1.0500.683.231.00.02 2025 (1934), for the amount of 5,100 euros. Place and deadline for submitting applications in 2025. Applications will be submitted by interested persons, or their representatives, at the City Council's Citizen Services (SAC) offices from the day following the publication of the announcement until November 30, 2025. During the 2025 financial year, people who meet the following conditions will be eligible for aid for the installation of fire detectors: People who turn 80 in the current financial year and who reside alone at home. or in the company of other people who are over 80 years old. People who, due to dependency, isolation or obvious risk, even if they do not meet the previous requirement, have the resource assessed as appropriate by the Municipal Social Welfare Commission, for which the necessary assessments and reports will be required to demonstrate said need. This agreement is final and puts an end to the administrative procedure. Interested persons may directly file a Contentious-Administrative Appeal against it before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of San Sebastián, within a period of two months from the day following its publication. However, private persons, in advance, may file an Optional Appeal for Reinstatement before the Governing Board, within a period of one month from the day following its publication. In this case, a contentious-administrative appeal cannot be filed until the reconsideration appeal is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal has occurred. All this without prejudice to the filing of any other appeal that is deemed pertinent. What is published for general knowledge.
