Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following legal entities that are validly incorporated in Spain may be beneficiaries of this aid: a. Professional and business associations (including federations, confederations and unions thereof) legally constituted and registered in the Public Office or the corresponding Registry of associations. b. Professional associations constituted in accordance with the legal system and registered in the corresponding Registry of Professional Associations. c. Technology centers and technological innovation support centers that are registered in the Registry of centers created by Royal Decree 2093/2008, of December 19, which regulates Technological Centers and Technological Innovation Support Centers at state level and creates the Registry of such Centers. Second. Object. Select, on a competitive basis, the beneficiaries of aid to finance eligible projects with the characteristics established in article 2.1.a) of the Regulatory Bases. Specifically, the aid of this Call is aimed at the creation of the National Network of Acelera Pyme Offices within the Acelera Pyme program to promote the adoption of technologies by Spanish companies (including newly created ones), especially small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), self-employed workers and entrepreneurs, as well as support for digital entrepreneurship in its different phases. Regulate the granting of aid to encourage the creation and consolidation of Acelera Pyme Offices that facilitate the digitalization process of Spanish companies. The objective is to strengthen the ecosystem of support for SMEs in ICT matters, offering awareness-raising and support services to SMEs in their digital transformation process through the adoption of digital technology and support for digital entrepreneurship. Third. Regulatory bases. Order ECE/1301/2019, of December 17, approving the Regulatory Bases for the granting of aid by the Public Business Entity Red.es, M.P., to programs for the development of technological entrepreneurship and technological demand, within the framework of the Strategic Action of Digital Economy and Society of the State R&D&I Program aimed at societal challenges (BOE of January 9, 2020), modified by the Order ETD/857/2021, of July 28. Room. Amount The maximum total amount of aid amounts to thirty million euros (€30,000,000). The minimum amount of aid requested per project will be three hundred thousand euros (€300,000) and the maximum amount of aid requested will be four hundred ten thousand euros (€410,000). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty (30) calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this Call in the Official State Gazette. Sixth. Other data. Red.es will make an advance payment of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the total aid granted, upon request of the beneficiary, which will be considered a payment on account, as specified in article 16 of the Regulatory Bases. Payment of the remaining aid will be made upon satisfactory completion of the economic justification, once Red.es has carried out all the checks it deems necessary regarding the supporting documentation, the achievement of the project objectives and the eligibility of the imputed expenses.
