EXTRACT CALL FOR THE SECOND EDITION OF THE “MURALS FOR EQUALITY” COMPETITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF L’ELIANA FOR THE YEAR 2025 CONTENT OF THE CALL DETAIL Object, conditions and purpose of the granting of the subsidy. The objective of this contest is to raise awareness among primary school students in the municipality's educational centers about equal opportunities for women and men within the commemorative activities of March 8, to make visible and raise awareness through drawing of the importance of equality, encouraging the participation of children in matters of equality. Mayor's Office Application submission period The start of the application submission period will be the day following the publication of the call in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and in the BOP, according to the procedure provided for in art. 20 of the General Subsidies Law and, in any case, until March 10, 2025. Resolution period Three months Means of notification or publication The resolution of this competitive competition procedure will be motivated and the interested parties will be notified by publishing it on the City Council's notice board, on the municipal website https://www.leliana.es./es/page/subvenciones Nature of the resolution of the granting or denial of the granting of subsidy. Sign in administrative process. Form of justification of the subsidy granted. No additional justification is required, based on article 30.7 of the General Subsidy Law. Appeals Against the resolution by which the present aid is granted, which puts an end to the administrative route, an optional appeal for reconsideration can be filed within a period of one month, before the same body that issued the act, or directly the contentious-administrative appeal, before the contentious-administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, within a period of two months counted from the day following its notification in accordance with the provisions of the articles. 10.1.a) and 46.1) of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating contentious-administrative jurisdiction, without prejudice to the use of any other jurisdiction that is considered appropriate.
