For these purposes, it will be understood that they have a regular source of income if they are working on their own or in an area, or research personnel in training and people receiving public social benefits of a periodic, contributory or assistance nature, as long as they can prove a working life of at least three months of seniority, in the six months immediately preceding the moment of application, or an expected duration of the source of income. income of at least six months, counted from the day of your request. For these purposes, it will not be considered that the person is the owner or usufructuary of the property if the right rests only on an aliquot part of it and is obtained by inheritance or transmission mortis causa in a will.
