Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The non-profit sports clubs and entities of Zumaia. Second. Object. The granting, on a competitive basis, of subsidies aimed at alleviating the economic deficit caused by non-profit sports associations and clubs, for the development and implementation of activities to promote specific training and sports promotion, all in the area of sports and which, due to their projection and interest, coincide with the objectives of the Zumaia City Council. Third. Regulatory bases These subsidies will be governed by: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa No. 243, of December 20, 2023). Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Procedure of Public Administrations. Room. Budget allocation: The subsidies to be granted through this call will be charged to the following budget item: - 1 1300.481.341.00.01 2025 Sports subsidies for federated sports associations or clubs €110,000. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications: Applications may be submitted in person or electronically by natural persons and only electronically by legal entities: In person, applications will be submitted to the Municipal Registry of Zumaia or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Telematically, by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council, through its website (www.zumaia.eus). Applications must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Guipúzcoa. Sixth. subsidy payment. The payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: - First payment: 60% of the subsidy granted in the previous year - Second payment: the remainder after the presentation of the documentation required to justify the subsidy.
