Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries The amount of the aid will be used to alleviate the damage and loss of material goods suffered in small businesses, activities in the service sector, sole proprietorships or family businesses and micro SMEs as a result of the DANA. Those who meet the requirements established in the call and in Law 28/2003, general on Subsidies, will be considered beneficiaries. Second.- Purpose and object of the aid. The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of urgent aid for the economic and social reactivation of the municipality through support for small businesses, activities in the service sector, sole proprietorships or family businesses and micro SMEs, affected by the floods and other consequences of the DANA that were in operation on October 29, 2024 and that had resumed their activity or responsibly declared their willingness to resume it within a maximum period of six months, from the day following the the DANA of October 29, 2024. Third.- Regulatory bases Mayoral resolution no. 2025/865 of June 25, 2025, COMPLEMENTARY CALL FOR THE PROCEDURE FOR DIRECT GRANTING OF ECONOMIC AID FOR SMALL BUSINESSES, ACTIVITIES IN THE SERVICES SECTOR, ONE-PERSON OR FAMILY BUSINESS AND MICRO SMEs AFFECTED BY THE FLOODS SUFFERED ON OCTOBER 29 OF 2024 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALBAL, FOR THE TOTAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE FUNDS DONATED BY VARIOUS “RURAL FUNDS” FOR THIS PURPOSE. https://albal.es/content-albal/uploads/2025/06/Convocatoria_diligenciada_ayudas_comercio_complementaria_-_Castellano.pdf Fourth. Budget allocation The aid will be provided from item No. 529 4390 479002 TRADE AID RURAL BOXES TO LOCAL TRADE BY DANA whose initial credit was 500,000 euros. After a first call, aid was granted to 156 beneficiaries, leaving a remainder of 188,000 euros for this specific purpose. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications in the “Initial Subsidy” modality will be extended between the day following the publication of the regulatory bases on the electronic notice board and municipal website of the Albal City Council, and the following 10 calendar days.
