Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS): http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index. First. Beneficiary entities Municipal councils and minor local entities responsible for sanitation systems, which have a total population equal to or less than 50,000 inhabitants, may be beneficiary entities of these subsidies. Municipalities and smaller local entities that have already been beneficiaries under the calls of previous years may not be beneficiaries, unless, once the granting resolution has been notified, they have renounced the subsidy within the period established in the bases of the call for the acceptance or renunciation of the subsidy. Second. Purpose Establish the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to town councils and smaller local entities, on a non-competitive basis, for carrying out audits of sanitation networks to detect infiltrations, and to call these subsidies for the year 2025 (procedure code AU301D). Third. Regulatory bases This extract is published jointly with the Resolution of February 11, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to local entities, on a non-competitive basis, aimed at carrying out audits of sanitation networks for the detection of infiltrations, and are called for the year 2025 (procedure code AU301D). Room. Amount The subsidies regulated under this resolution will be financed from financial account 6566 (capital subsidies to local corporations) of the public business entity Augas de Galicia, for an amount of five hundred thousand euros (€500,000). The amount of the subsidies will be 80% of the eligible investment, with a maximum limit of fifteen thousand euros (€15,000) per application, until the credit provided for in this resolution is exhausted. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will begin at 9:00 a.m. on March 3, 2025 and will end at 2:00 p.m. on April 3, 2025.
