EXTRACT OF THE RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CALL FOR AID DIRECTED TO ASSOCIATIONS, SPORTS CLUBS AND FEDERATED ATHLETES FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE FIELD OF CULTURE/YOUTH, SPORTS AND SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. Gex: 2049/2025 First. The purpose of this call is to regulate the subsidy of the Associations, Collectives, Clubs and athletes of Carlota who carry out work encompassed within the different areas of action where the La Carlota City Council carries out its work relative to the activities carried out by these Carlota collectives during the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime, and in execution of the provisions of the General Ordinance by which the regulatory bases for the granting of municipal subsidies of the Hon. La Carlota City Council and its Boards of Trustees, approved by the Full City Council in Ordinary Session held on March 27, 2017 (B.O.P. No. 95 of May 22, 2017), as well as in accordance with the Municipal Strategic Subsidy Plan; the Bases for Execution of the municipal Budget for the year 2024, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of said Law. Expenses incurred by beneficiaries that are directly and objectively related to the object of the subsidy from January 1 to December 31 of this year, under the conditions established in the Subsidies regulations and in this call. Second. Beneficiaries. All Associations that are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of La Carlota, as well as federated athletes registered in the municipality, aimed at promoting cultural, youth, sports and social activities, with their own legal personality, legally constituted, and that carry out their general activity in the municipality of La Carlota, developing projects and activities within their scope of action, with projection or impact on the Carlota population, may attend this call. federated members, may only participate in this line of aid if the Club to which they belong has not proceeded to submit a request for aid for the same call, and they participate in official competitions at regional, national or international level. To be beneficiaries of aid or subsidies, applicants must meet the following requirements: 1.- Be legally constituted as such with updated registration in the Registry of Associations of the La Carlota City Council on the date of application, and in the case of individual athletes, be federated. 2.- Legal persons, entities or persons who hold their legal representation in any of the cases of prohibition are not eligible to obtain the condition of beneficiary of subsidies due to incapacity or incompatibility, established in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, General of Subsidies. 3.-Be up to date with state, regional, local and Social Security tax obligations. 4.- In the case of individual athletes, only those who have participated in at least official regional competitions may participate in this call. Third.- Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the General Ordinance that approves the regulatory bases for the granting of municipal subsidies from the Hon. La Carlota City Council and its Boards of Trustees, approved by the Plenary City Council in an Ordinary Session held on March 27, 2017 and published in B.O.P. No. 95 of May 22, 2017, as well as by this call, approved by Mayor's Resolution number 495 of February 24 of this year. Room. Amount. The granting of subsidies will be conditional on the existence of a budget allocation in the budget of the La Carlota City Council for the corresponding year. The credit retention made in the item: Subv. Associations, brotherhoods and other non-profit organizations with number 2310.48007 amounts to €50,000.00, establishing a distribution for each line of action for an amount of €16,666.66.
