Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. Entities that may benefit from the aid, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the call, may include public research organizations, public and private universities, public and private non-profit health entities and institutions, accredited health research institutes, Technology Centers and Support Centers for Technological Innovation, and other public and private non-profit R&D&i centers. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is, on the one hand, to strengthen the structures of the applicant institutions and the knowledge necessary for the promotion, preparation, support and management of international projects in order to improve their possibilities of participation in Horizon Europe Program projects and, on the other, to provide the institutions with tools for attracting international research or technical personnel, their incorporation and consolidation. Third. Regulatory bases. Order CIN/1025/2022, of October 27, published in the "Official State Gazette" of October 29, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of public aid corresponding to various programs and subprograms of the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation 2021-2023, whose management corresponds to the State Research Agency. Room. Amount. The maximum amount intended to finance this call is 11,900,000 euros, charged to the expenditure budget of the State Research Agency for the year 2025, and equivalents from subsequent years, in accordance with budget availability. Fifth. Form and deadline for submitting applications. The application submission period will begin on March 20 and end on April 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Applications for participation in aid will be submitted in accordance with the procedure described in article 12 of the call. The electronic completion and presentation of the application must be carried out through the electronic means enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. Sixth. Evaluation of applications. Applications will be evaluated according to the following criteria: a) Quality of the proposal. b) Organizational structure and management team c) Impact. The description of the criteria and their assessment are determined in Annex I of the call.
