Official description of the call
First. Beneficiary entities. The entities that develop the projects and actions, selected in the calls and concerted actions, in which the State Research Agency acts as a financing body, and which are listed below, may be beneficiaries of the aid: 1) Agroecology Partnership 2024, transnational research projects on agroecology and living laboratories. 2) Biodiversa+ NBS 2023, transnational research projects on nature-based solutions. 3) CHANSE 2023, transnational research projects in Social Sciences and Humanities. 4) Chips JU 2024, transnational research and innovation projects on essential digital technologies and microelectronics. 5) CHIST-ERA IV 2023, transnational research projects in information and communication sciences. 6) ERA4Health Nanotecmec 2024, transnational research projects in nanomedicine. 7) EUROHPC-JU-2023-QEC-05, centers of excellence for applications of quantum technologies in high-performance computing. 8) M-ERA-Net 3 COFUND 2024, transnational research and innovation projects in advanced materials. 9) NEURON COFUND 2 2024, transnational research projects in neuroscience. 10) PRIMA 2024, transnational research and innovation projects in water and agri-food in the Mediterranean. 11) THCS 2024, research projects in innovative technologies for prevention in health systems. 12) Water4All 2023, transnational research projects on water. 13) EIG-CONCERT-Japan 2024, research projects in collaboration with Japan on digital transformations and robotics for sustainable agriculture. 14) DFG-AEI 2023, Spanish-German bilateral projects in the area of Geosciences in the marine field, within the WEAVE scheme. The actions, including research projects in their scope, and the eligible beneficiary entities are detailed in Annex I of the resolution. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to approve the procedure for directly granting aid, from the year 2025, to research projects selected in international competitive calls and international concerted actions of a scientific-technical nature, from the performance of "International Collaboration Projects", of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2024-2027. Third. Amount. The maximum amount intended to finance this aid will be 23,000,000.00 euros, charged to budget application 28,303,463B,750 of the Agency's expenditure budget for the year 2025 or its equivalents in subsequent years, in accordance with budgetary availability. Room. Form and deadline for submitting proposals. The deadline for submitting proposals will begin on March 19 and end on April 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). The proposals will be presented in accordance with the procedure described in article 9 of the resolution. The completion and electronic submission of the proposals must be carried out through the electronic means enabled for this purpose at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
