Agreement of the Governing Board of February 19, 2025, point 4.5.1 regarding Approval of the Call for the Granting of 2025 Subsidies on gender equality

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: a) Women's Associations and Federations of Women's Associations, which have their headquarters in the province of Malaga and are going to develop their projects in municipalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants. b) Town councils of less than 20,000 inhabitants in the Province of Malaga, which integrate Gender Equality into their public policies. Second. Purpose: Provide continuity to the work of the women's movement in achieving gender equality, correct the inequality between men and women in the municipalities of Malaga; encourage and promote the development of projects that are part of the line of actions that the Malaga Provincial Council has been providing in terms of equality and, on the other hand, encourage and promote the integration of equality in the policies of City Councils of less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province. Third. Regulatory Bases: Approved by Plenary Agreement on March 20, 2024 in point 0.1.1 and published on April 30, 2024 in the B.O.P. Room. Amount: The maximum amount of the subsidy to each entity is €8,000, and each entity may submit only one project. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga (BOP), although in the event that the last day of the deadline is a holiday, the completion date will be moved to the immediately following business day. Sixth. Other information: The documentation required for the submission of applications is the following: In the case of line A projects: Women's Associations and Federations of Women's Associations: Complete subsidy application, which will be made up of the official model that identifies the applicant and the report with a detailed description of the activities that make up the project, according to Annex I and IA. Applications that are submitted incomplete, and that have not been corrected after the correction period, will not be admitted, so Annex I and IA in their entirety are mandatory in all cases. Broken down budget of the expenses to be incurred, with a detailed list of the amounts that apply to each concept. The application will detail the entities and associations that request the subsidy and participate in the project. If the project is carried out in another municipality other than the one in which the registered office of the applicant entity is located, the report must designate the entities or organizations with which it has been contacted and reached an agreement to develop it. Descriptive report of the project, in accordance with the items included in Annex IA. Copy of the card with the updated Tax Identification Code (CIF), according to Order EHA/451/2008, of February 20, of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, of each of the applicant/participating associations or entities. Copy of the DNI of the person who legally represents each of the entities. Responsible declaration that the entity is not involved in any of the cases contemplated in Art. 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, according to Annex IB. Authorization for the Provincial Council to inform any Public Administration, including the Provincial Council itself, about being up to date with compliance with tax and social security obligations, according to Annex IC. Authorization from the secretariat of the applicant entity and the participating entities, in favor of the representative appointed to request the subsidy, according to Annex ID. Statutes of the entity or association and registration in the corresponding Registry, unless more than 5 years have elapsed since the previous presentation before this Provincial Council and they have not undergone any modification, in which case a statement from the responsible person in that regard will not have to be submitted, according to Annex IE. In the case of Federations, the name of the Federation Associations that participate in the project must be specified in the application, excluding the possibility of participating in another project alone for said associations. All required documentation, please note, must be submitted by each of the associations or entities participating in the same project.
