Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17,3b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First: Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid will be people registered in the municipality of Mislata, with a minimum seniority of one year, who do not have sufficient income to cover minimum subsistence expenses. Taking into account the nature of the aid that is the object of these bases and the directed purpose, which is to promote coexistence and help maintain the well-being conditions of people with serious economic difficulties in the municipality, the exception is established for compliance with the conditions of the beneficiaries established in art. 13.2 of the General Subsidies Law. Second: Object The object of these bases is the regulation of the granting of individualized economic benefits in terms of social services through competitive competition aimed at individuals or family units to remedy a seriously deteriorated situation, one of urgent need or with serious specific problems that affect their personal, social and economic autonomy, and that they cannot resolve with their own economic means, in order to achieve their normal human and social development. The benefits will cover the following concept: - Expenses intended to cover basic family needs: aid for the acquisition of basic food products and cleaning and/or personal hygiene. Third: Call for Mayor's Resolution, number 674 of February 21, 2025 https://www.mislata.es/es/administracion/subvenciones/convocatorias-de-subvenciones-en-tramitacion/ayudas-para-manutencion-para-el-ejercicio-de-2025 Fourth: Financing The present aid will be financed from the item 2310.48000 of the municipal Budget. The maximum amount foreseen for this aid amounts to €250,000. The granting of this aid is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the granting decision. The granting resolutions may be issued in order of submission of applications once the verifications of concurrence of the eligible situation and compliance with the rest of the required requirements have been carried out, until the budgetary credit assigned in the call has been exhausted. The form of justification for the present aid is carried out prior to its granting through the documentation required for this purpose, so that the constitution of guarantees by the beneficiaries is not required either, in accordance with art. 34 of the General Subsidies Law. Fifth: Amount of subsidies The support for maintenance will be semi-annual, the concession will be from the date of submission of the application in the Entry Registry. When the monthly payments to be granted are less than the semester at the end of the year, the corresponding proportional part will be granted. The amount of aid will depend on the per capita income of the family unit and will be in accordance with the provisions of section 11 of the call. Sixth: Submission period The application period will begin on the immediate business day following the publication of the extract of the call and will end on November 15, 2025. Seventh: Other information Along with the application, interested persons will provide the documentation detailed in base 4 of the regulations of the call.
