Official description of the call
1.- Object: Exaltation and promotion of the literary habit in the Major Festivals 2.- Participants: The Paterna City Council, through the Municipal Promotion and Dynamization Area, in order to maintain tradition and contribute to literary and artistic creativity convenes the Premis Literaris Vila de Paterna “LXI Jocs Florals”. The same author may only submit a single work to each of the awards, and must formalize an application for each of the awards to whom it is presented. The works must be unpublished and original and must not have been awarded in any other competition.3.- Language: The poetry awards must be written in Valencian and the prose awards can be written in Valencian or Spanish, as indicated in each case. All works eligible for the awards must adhere to the official linguistic regulations. 4.-Places, forms of presentation and documentation. The presentation of the works can be done both in person (Citizen Service Offices) and through the electronic headquarters. The application will consist of: - Application itself that is available in the electronic headquarters of the Paterna City Council and complete all the required fields, as well as indicate the modality, award for which you are opting and motto. the work presented. In the application, the interested person must state that they are not subject to any prohibition to hold the status of beneficiary, in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, and be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations in accordance with the provisions of articles 18 and 19 of RD 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the Law. 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies.- The work itself. Document in pdf format, the first page of which must contain the motto and the award for which you are opting. This page will not be taken into account in the total count of required pages. No name or brand that identifies the author may be included in the PDF. The musical composition award must also be submitted in a zip format compressed file. Failure to comply with all of the above may determine the exclusion of the work. 5.- Application submission deadline. The presentation of works will begin once the extract of the call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia and will end on June 15 of this year.
