Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) FIRST: Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of aid for families with children enrolled in any of the educational stages specified below during the 2025-2026 school year: ¿ 2nd cycle of Early Childhood Education (3 to 6 years) ¿ Primary Education ¿ Secondary Education ¿ Special Education ¿ ACE (Educational Compensation Classroom) ¿ Basic FP / PPME ¿ FP Middle Grade Cycle ¿ FP Higher Grade Cycle ¿ Baccalaureate SECOND: Beneficiaries. Applicants who meet the circumstances provided for in these regulatory bases and who meet, among others, the following requirements may obtain the status of beneficiaries: 1. All people who appear in the scholarship application must be registered in Fuenlabrada on January 1, 2025 and continue to be registered until the end of the process. 2. The income for the year 2023 of the persons eligible for this purpose who appear in the application may not in any case exceed the figure of €47,424. 3. All persons eligible for income purposes included in the application must be up to date with payment of tax obligations with the Fuenlabrada City Council until the final resolution of the call. 4. All applications must be signed by all members of legal age or who will turn 18 in 2025 (born in 2007) who appear on the application. 5. Students must be enrolled during the 2025-2026 school year in one of the courses and educational stages indicated in point FIRST. 6. In no case will a student with an open absenteeism record be able to receive a scholarship. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. ROOM. Credit. The Fuenlabrada City Council will allocate a financial contribution of €1,250,000 for this, charged to budget application 6051-326-48901, an amount that may be increased by €75,000. FIFTH. Application period: - From March 11 to 24, 2025, both inclusive, the scholarship application must be completed through the Fuenlabrada City Council website: www.ayto-fuenlabrada.es. - From March 11 to 25, 2025, requests previously made in the web application can be validated. The documentation that must accompany the applications is described in detail in articles 6 of the Call. The registration methods are as follows: 1. Online registration (www.ayto-fuenlabrada.es): For all those applicants who also registered and validated a scholarship application in 2024, unless any of the following circumstances apply: ¿ If a signature was missing in the 2024 application. ¿ If a new member has been included in 2024 (spouse or partner). If there are new students of legal age in the application or students who will turn 18 in 2025 (all those born in 2007). If there is a change in identity data, from passport to NIE, from NIE to DNI ¿ 2. In-person registration, at the Fernando Martín Sports Pavilion, located at Cl Hugría, 7, in the morning hours from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday; and in any of the General Registry offices available to the Fuenlabrada City Council. 3. Telematic registration in the Electronic Headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council. Applicants who, having made and validated the scholarship application in the period established for this purpose (between March 11 and 25, 2025), do not have a definitive school place assignment in a center, or who, living in Fuenlabrada, study outside the municipality, must subsequently prove their schooling, in an extraordinary period that will be enabled for this purpose starting in September 2025 and whose exact period will be published in the BOCM, with the granting suspended until then. scholarship denial. Regarding the processing of applications, it is regulated in arts. 4 and 5 of the call. The procedure is regulated in arts. 8 to 13 of the call. SIXTH. Aid amount. The distribution will be made based on the points assigned in accordance with the established criteria.
