IRUN CITY COUNCIL Area of Culture, Education, Youth and Sports Extract from Resolution No. 276 of March 3, 2025 of the Mayor's Office of the Irun City Council, which approves the general call for subsidies 2025. Subsidy line: Annex 49. Subsidies to the troupes that participate in the Irun carnivals. All the documentation and information related to this call can be consulted on the Internet Portal of the Irun City Council www.irun.org. PurposeThe purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to the troupes that participate in the parades and other activities of the Irun Carnivals organized by the Irun City Council. Beneficiaries and requirements Individuals, neighborhood associations, cultural, sports, educational, free-time and/or recreational societies that, constituted in troupes, have participated in the parades and other activities of the Irun Carnivals may acquire the status of beneficiary: - Presentation event, on Carnival Friday. - Carnival Parade, on Carnival Saturday. - Great Carnival Parade, on Carnival Sunday. - Five members of each troupe in the Burial of the Sardine - In any other initiative proposed by the organization. In the event of suspension of the subsidized activities, for reasons beyond the control of the beneficiaries of the subsidies (due to weather, safety, health, or other issues), the beneficiaries of the subsidy will have the right to receive the corresponding amounts, subject to compliance with the rest of the requirements and conditions for granting the aid. Financial allocation and amountBudget allocation: 20,300.00 euros. Budget application: 1.0510.481.01.338.10. Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Applications will be submitted to the Irun City Council through the Municipal Electronic Headquarters or any other means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure.
