Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: People who present unpublished poetic works that have not been awarded in other contests or previously published will be considered beneficiaries. Second. ObjectThe object of the XXVIII Marc Granell Vila de Almussafes 2024 Poetry Contest is to promote and support international poetic creation, as well as its promotion, through the granting of two prizes, Valencian modality and Spanish modality, to the collection of unpublished poems that is selected.Third. Regulatory basesThe specific bases of the Marc Granell Poetry Contest were approved by Mayor's Resolution number 1049 of April 26, 2024 and have been published in the National Subsidies Database and on the City Council website url: https://wp.me/panQjS-fQxCuarto. AmountThe budget allocation for the prizes regulated in these rules will be the responsibility of item 3340-481.00 Cultural Promotion. Awards and scholarships from the current 2024 budget, for an amount of €2,400. €1,200 corresponds to each modality. Fifth. Application submission deadline:The maximum deadline to submit works will be until May 31, 2024.
