5.1. REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO GROUPS, ASSOCIATIONS AND ENTITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITIES Beneficiaries: Mainly those people and associations or entities that have their headquarters and scope of action in Arrasate and, exceptionally, those other entities that, although not having their headquarters or scope of action in Arrasate, develop activities or projects considered interest on the part of the City Council and whose objectives include conservation, recovery, defense, dissemination, awareness, protection, etc. of the environment. Purpose: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the call for the granting of subsidies aimed at carrying out activities of an environmental nature in the area of the municipality of Arrasate. Regulatory bases: The Mayor of Arrasate, by mayoral decree of March 7, 2025, approved the bases of the subsidy. Detailed information is available to interested parties on the City Council website: https://uzt.gipuzkoa.eus/PortalV/7.00/SolicitudesCategorias.aspx?IDCategoria=14&idioma=eu-ES&entidad=55 Amount: The amount of aid called through this program amounts to €5,000, and will be financed from the budget item “1.0510.481.172.00.00” - Subsidy for Environmental Entities. Form and deadline for submitting applications: Subsidy applications may be submitted: - Through the electronic headquarters of the City Council, at the address https://uzt.gipuzkoa.eus/PortalV/7.00/SolicitudesCategorias.aspx?IDCategoria=14&idioma=eu-ES&entidad=55 (mandatory for legal entities). - In person at the BAZ (Citizen Service), optional for natural persons. - In the other forms legally provided for in accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In general, and with the exception of those aid programs that have other deadlines, applications must be submitted within THIRTY BUSINESS DAYS. starting the day following the publication of each of the calls in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa.
