Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. 1.1. The purpose of these bases is to promote the participation of associations, clubs and citizens of Beasain, in the development of activities and events related to the development of sports, cultural activities and events or that promote gender equality and co-responsible conciliation that may be of interest to Beasaindars. 1.2. These events or activities. They will not be for profit; They will be developed in the municipality of Beasain or, in the event that they are developed outside of it, their beneficiaries must be people registered in Beasain; and will be developed in the year to which the call for grants refers. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy a) In the case of associations and clubs, they must have a registered office, representation or permanent administrative structure in Beasain and be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry. b) In the case of natural persons, they must be registered in the Beasain municipal registry at the time of requesting the subsidy. Beneficiary entities must comply with the following obligations: a) Realzcindealua actviddo eventin Beasaindrae the year of the covcara. b) Accredit to the City Council the performance of the activity and compliance with the conditions established in each case. c) Submit to the inspections carried out by the Beasain City Council and not prevent the inspection actions that must be carried out. d) Communicate any other information obtained from the palaismactivity (whether ca or r e) In the advertising carried out for all subsidized activities, including those related to ordinary operating expenses, the collaboration of the City Council must be stated, including the municipal shield. f) Ensure compliance with the municipal Ordinance for the promotion and normalization of the use of Basque. 3. Subsidy amount The maximum amount of aid will be €3,000 per project. 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications Deadline: Once approved by the Full City Council, they will be sent to the BDNS and after their publication in the BOG, the deadline for submitting applications will begin. The deadline to apply for the grant ends on November 28. Method: The application must be submitted according to the model included in the Application Form of these bases, accompanied by the documents indicated below.
