Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries Those who meet the following requirements: - Have the plot located in the municipality of Pobla de Vallbona. - The plots requested must be owned or leased by a member of the family unit, with the owner of the farm and his or her spouse being considered a family unit for these purposes. - Not being included in any of the assumptions of article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. - That the count of agricultural holdings is equal to or greater than 4 hectares - Have the condition of holding in perfect state of cultivation in the terms described by current agricultural regulations. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant, under a competitive competition regime, a subsidy for agricultural holdings that are located in the municipality of Pobla de Vallbona, the dimensions of which in total are equal to or greater than 4 hectares and are in a perfect state of cultivation, with the purpose of promoting agricultural exploitation. Third. Call The call for the procedure for the granting of these subsidies will be published in the national database of subsidies for subsequent publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, as well as on the city council website, notice board and other publicity media of this City Council. Room. Amount There is a budget allocation for a maximum amount of 60,000.00 euros in budget item 419.48001 of the municipal budget for the year 2025, called “Agricultural holdings in perfect state of cultivation”. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from April 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
