1. IDENTIFICATION, GENERAL DATA 1.1 MANAGING BODY: ALBACETE CITY COUNCIL, EMPLOYMENT AND ECONOMIC PROMOTION SERVICE 1.2 DESCRIPTION OF THE CALL: TITLE: Call for subsidies for the organization of congresses, conferences, events in Albacete OBJECT: Aid to entities organizing congresses, seminars, conventions or similar events related to meeting tourism that encourage and promote congressional activity in the municipality of Albacete between January 1 and December 31, 2025, that promote the exchange and dissemination of scientific, professional or business knowledge related to any area of knowledge. BENEFICIARIES: -Public law entities such as universities or public research organizations, through their centers, institutes, departments or other research units -Legally constituted associations, professional associations, scientific societies or other public or private non-profit entities, with their own legal personality, capacity and demonstrated activity in this matter. -Private law entities such as companies or societies in the congress, convention and fair sector with sufficient capacity to prove compliance with the project AMOUNT: Call endowed with 60,000.-€ 1.3 PDF DOCUMENT. REGULATORY BASIS: The Subsidies Ordinance for the promotion of economic activity and employment approved by plenary agreement of February 24, 2022, being published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete No. 59 of May 20, 2022 and its modification published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 119 of October 11, 2024 establishes the regulatory bases applicable to this call and other applicable regulations. 3. APPLICATION PERIOD AND JUSTIFICATION 3.1 PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: 20 business days from the date of publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete 3.2 TIME OF JUSTIFICATION In accordance with clause 13.5 of the Regulatory Ordinance, subsidies must be fully justified before the end of the quarter following the last month of the eligible period. (12/31/2025). From the notification of the grant, the supporting account may be submitted at any time after the complete execution and payment of the subsidized activities.
