Official description of the call
1. Indication of the approval of the Regulatory Bases and Official Gazette where they have been published. By Plenary Agreement dated April 26, 2018, the Regulatory Bases of the Viladecavalls Festival Poster contest were approved through the People Services Area, which aim to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies from the Viladecavalls City Council to the winner of the Festival Mayor Poster contest that will be held each year within the framework of the Festival Mayor. Maximum total amount of subsidies to be granted and budget allocation. The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2025 for the granting of the subsidies regulated in this call will be €500.00 and will be covered by budget application 1/330/48024. 3.Object and purpose The purpose of the subsidies of this call is to reward the winning work of the Fiesta Mayor poster contest for the year 2025. 4. Concession procedure The concession procedure will be public competition. The extract of the call that will govern this procedure will be published, through the National Subsidies Database, in the BOPB. 5. Participation requirements The contest is open to all people over 16 years of age. The participant must be up to date with compliance with the tax and Social Security obligations imposed by the current provisions, among others, by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its implementing regulations approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, and other applicable legal provisions in matters of local regime regarding the procedure for the granting of public subsidies, and not have any debt with the City Council of Viladecavalls. This condition must be declared responsibly. The theme is open, but it must be appropriate to the party that motivates the contest. The criteria that must be met to be able to participate are the following: a) The works submitted to the contest must be original and unpublished and unsigned, although the winner may be signed by the author before being reproduced. b) The works presented cannot have previously been awarded in another contest. c) Each author can submit only one work in each edition of the contest. 6. Participation procedure and documentation to be presented. The works must be presented centered on a white cardboard support, to facilitate their transport, inside a closed envelope or similar, which states "Viladecavalls Festival Poster Contest year....", and inside there is: The poster submitted to the competition a closed envelope of page size, with an exterior indication of the title of the work and pseudonym, which contains inside a sheet with the following information: the author's information (Name and Surname, date of birth, address, NIF, telephone number contact, e-mail) technique used description of the poster letter addressed to the city council of Viladecavalls expressly indicating that you are aware of the bases of this call, that you meet the participation requirements (which entails the responsible declaration of not being included in the exclusion cases established in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies) and that you accept its compliance (in the case of those under 18 years of age, the data of the legal guardian who authorizes them to appear must be provided to the contest and the request for participation must be signed by the tutor). Without this explicit acceptance of the rules, participants will be excluded from the contest. The works must be presented in size 43cm x 26 cm. They may be made in any technique or style that can be reproduced and printed in 4 colors. 7. Modalities of the contest and prize The modality of the contest is included within the framework of the Festival. A single prize will be awarded to the works presented according to the regulatory bases of the contest, which will be 500.00 euros. 8.
