Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Women who meet the following requirements on the date of submission of the application may obtain the aid managed through this call: a) Have an age between 1989 and 2007, both inclusive. b) Be registered in a municipality in the province of Valladolid, whose population is less than 2,000 inhabitants, prior to January 1, 2025. To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the INE will be taken into account. c) Do not exceed the following income: NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY UNIT ANNUAL INCOME 1 member €33,600.00 2 members €40,320.00 3 members €44,352.00 4 members €46,569.60 5 members €48,898.08 6 members €51,342.98 A For these purposes, a family unit is understood to be formed by the applicant and his or her spouse or de facto partner and/or relatives by consanguinity or affinity up to and including the second degree who live at the same address. No more than one member of the same family unit may apply for aid. To determine the annual income, both the declarations thereof provided by the applicant and the certificates from the competent Organizations obtained by the Sports and Youth Service of the Valladolid Provincial Council will be taken into account, with prior authorization from the applicant. d) Be enrolled in a Driving School at the time of submitting the application for this aid. Second. Object. For the year 2025, on a competitive basis, individual financial aid is being called for young people between 18 and 36 years old who reside in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 2,000 inhabitants to obtain a class B driving license: Cars and vehicles. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of thirty thousand euros (€30,000) included in item 507.92406.480.02 of the Provincial Council's Budget for the year 2025. The maximum subsidy amount per applicant may not exceed the amount of seven hundred and fifty euros (€750). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province and will end on June 30, 2025. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses: Eligible expenses are considered to be the current expenses incurred in obtaining a driving license, in the period between January 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026, attributable to any of the following categories: o Enrollment in an official driving school. o Theoretical and/or practical classes taught by an official Driving School. o Medical certificate of psychophysical aptitudes issued by an officially recognized Center. o Examination fees and traffic fees for processing the driving license. o Renewal of fees from the General Directorate of Traffic for carrying out exams to obtain a class B driving license. o Validation and homologation of licenses obtained in other countries that require the completion of practical driving tests. - Compatibility: The subsidies granted on the occasion of this call are compatible with any type of aid received by beneficiaries from public or private institutions for the same purpose, except for the subsidy granted by the Provincial Council of Valladolid during the year 2024 for financial aid to women from municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, to obtain a driving license. - Applications: According to Base 10 of the call. - Documentation: That provided for in Rule 11 of the call. - Assessment criteria: Those provided for in Base 6 of the call. - Method of payment: The Provincial Council of Valladolid will pay the beneficiaries the amount provided for in Base 14, with the character "to be justified". - Form of justification: By presenting the documentation referred to in Base 20 of the call. - Maximum justification period: It will end on June 30, 2026.
