REGULATORY RULES OF THE CONTEST and disseminate our culinary and gastronomic fusion trends. The campaign will take place from June 5 to 8, 2025, both inclusive. LEGAL REGIME.- This call will be governed, in all aspects that are applicable, by General Ordinance No. 16 regulating the granting of subsidies from the Cártama City Council, in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, by RD 887/2006 of July 21, by the Bases for Execution of the Municipal Budget currently in force and any regulations of development is applicable. BUDGET APPLICATION.-The expenses inherent to this contest for a total of 3,510 euros will be charged to the budget application 430/480.26 the amount of 2,000 euros for the payment of the prizes in cash and to the budget application 430/226.32 the amount of 1,510 euros for the payment of the prizes in kind. COMPETITIVE COMPETITION.- The prizes to the participating establishments will be awarded on a competitive basis, based on the evaluation criteria contemplated, after study and evaluation by a Jury. ESTABLISHMENT REGISTRATIONS.- Establishments interested in participating in the “XI Cártama Tapa and Cocktail Route” must go to the Commerce Area and submit their application in the form attached to these rules. PARTICIPATION RULES.- Each participant agrees to keep their establishment open and operating during the hours and days set for the Route, as well as not to change tapas/cocktails while it lasts, from June 5 to 8, 2025. All hospitality and restaurant businesses in the Municipality will be called to a meeting to explain all the bases for participation. It will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp indicating the day, time and place that will be held. The price of the tapa/cocktail plus drink (beer, water, wine or soft drink) is €3.50. All establishments in the restaurant sector - bars, cafes and restaurants - that accept these rules and duly fill out the registration form provided by the Commerce Area from March 31 to April 30, 2025 may participate in the Tapa/Cocktail Route 2025. The tapa/cocktail will appear on a route, both physical and digital, that will place each establishment in one of the three designated areas (Cártama, Cartama Station, Sexmo). Physical routes will be available at participating locations. Participating establishments undertake to maintain supply and quality during those days. It will be served on professional tableware: The use of PS plastic cups and plates is not permitted. The use of hard injected plastic or rigid PET plastic cups and plates is allowed. Ballot boxes will be distributed in all participating establishments to facilitate customer voting. If you observe unfair behavior or fail to comply with any of the previous clauses, you will be disqualified and will not be eligible for a prize, including not participating in future editions. If during the event the cover presented is modified to the detriment of its quality, this will be grounds for definitive exclusion from future editions. All participating establishments must inform the organization of the scheduled schedule for these days, a schedule that they undertake to comply with. Participating establishments must be open a minimum of 4 hours a day during the days in which the Tapa/Cocktail Route is held. During the days of the Route (from June 5 to 8) it is mandatory to have the Route tapa/cocktail available to the public, in addition to its usual menu. Both tapas and cocktails must be in the establishments available to the public during the days of the Route. The hoteliers will provide a consumption voucher for their establishment in the amount of €30 and will collaborate to the extent of their possibilities to make this activity a success.
