Official description of the call
The Local Government Board, in a session on 03/14/2025, adopted the agreement to approve the SPECIFIC BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF THE GRANT TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION, MANAGEMENT AND EXPLOITATION OF THE APRIL FAIR EDITION 2025 and its call. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gov.es/bdnstrans) 1.- Granting entity: a) Body: Lloret de Mar City Council b) Department that processes the file: Legal Services 2.- Purpose of the call: The object of these Rules is the regulation of the procedure to be followed for the application, processing, granting, collection and justification of the subsidy intended to support the organization, management and operation of the Lloret de Mar April Fair, for the 2025 edition. The specific rules can be consulted at the Municipal Electronic Headquarters: https://seu.lloret.cat/taulerAnuncisPublic/listPublicacions 3.- Beneficiaries and requirements: 1. Non-profit entities registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the City Council of Lloret de Mar that meet the requirements and conditions established below may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidy regulated in these bases: That they are duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities of the City Council of Lloret de Mar. That they are up to date with compliance with fiscal obligations with the City Council, tax and social security obligations, as well as obligations for reimbursement of subsidies granted by the City Council. Not incur in any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, contemplated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies. 2. The concurrence of the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary will be accredited at the time of submitting the application, by presenting the documentation indicated in the following article. 4.- Subsidy amount: The total amount for which the subsidy will be awarded will be 30,000 euros. It must be taken into account that in order for the subsidy payment to be made, the amounts set as the minimum investment as eligible expenses must have been justified, as stated in clauses 3 and 14 of these rules. If the minimum investment is lower, the subsidized amount will be reduced proportionally. 5. Deadline and manner of submission of applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days, and will begin the day following the publication of the call in the DOGC, Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and in the profile of the Contractor (if they were different days, this deadline will be computed from the last publication). This period will be suspended in the event that allegations are presented to the bases within it, and will be restarted once they are resolved. Applications will be submitted electronically through the 'Digital Envelope' tool integrated into the Public Procurement Services Platform of the Generalitat of Catalonia, and accessible from the same announcement of the subsidy call published in the contractor's profile, within the period indicated in these rules. The presentation of said documents will be a necessary condition for the processing of the subsidy application, which in turn presupposes, on the part of the entity, knowledge and acceptance of the rules that regulate it. Against this resolution, which puts an end to the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Girona, within a period of two months from the day following its notification, in accordance with the provisions of article 46.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating contentious-administrative jurisdiction. Optionally and prior to filing the aforementioned contentious-administrative appeal, you may file a reconsideration appeal before the body that issued this resolution within a period of one month from the day following its notification, in accordance with the provisions of article 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.
