Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The non-profit cultural associations of Zumaia. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to regulate the subsidy concepts intended to alleviate the economic deficit caused by the development of the annual activity of the non-profit cultural associations of Zumaia, and/or the implementation of specific projects and events in the Zumaia festivities. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. General Subsidy Regulations, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. General ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies by the Zumaia City Council and its Autonomous Bodies (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa No. 151, of August 11, 2020). Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zumaia City Council for the period 2024-2027. (Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa no. 243, of December 20, 2023). Legislative Decree 1/2023, of March 16, which approves the consolidated text of the Law for the Equality of Women and Men and Lives Free of Sexist Violence against Women. Room. Amount. San Telmo Festivities Subsidies €7,000 1 0300.481.338.00.04 2025 [177]. San Pedro Festivities Subsidies €700 1 0300.481.338.00.05 2025 [178]Summer Festival Subsidies €1,200 Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications may be submitted in person or electronically by natural persons and only electronically by legal entities: In person, applications will be submitted to the Zumaia Municipal Registry or by any of the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Telematically, by electronic registration by accessing the electronic headquarters of the City Council, through its website (www.zumaia.eus). Applications must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. Sixth. Form and terms of payment. The payment will be made in 2 payments by bank transfer to an account owned by the beneficiary entity: First payment: 70% of the subsidy granted upon notification of the resolution. Second payment: the remaining 30% after the presentation of the documentation required to justify the subsidy.
