Official description of the call
First. Purpose: The purpose of these subsidies is to stimulate the implementation of educational activities throughout the 2024-2025 academic year that have any of the following purposes: - Promote the participation of the different levels of the educational community (families, teachers and students). - Facilitate the treatment of cross-cutting issues. - Stimulate the introduction of educational innovations. - Respond to the diversity existing in the center. - Promote environmental sustainability, both in the center and in the population. Likewise, it is the object of these bases to define the set of conditions and the procedure that must be followed for the application, obtaining, justification and collection of these subsidies for educational activities. Second. Beneficiaries: The school councils of the Early Childhood, Primary, Special, Secondary or Adult Education centers of Alzira, under public, subsidized private and municipal regimes, may benefit from this call and be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated therein, to carry out specific educational activities in relation to the objectives of the Educational Project of each center. The people who organize the activities may be both teachers and parent or student associations. Those entities that are in any of the situations of prohibition of holding such condition established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Alzira City Council, in the session held on January 29, 2020, has definitively approved the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alzira City Council, which contains the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies by this City Council, and the full text of the same has been published in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia No. 29, dated February 12, 2020. Fourth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Fifth.- Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: The maximum total amount of the subsidies called will be 20,000 euros, charged to the budget application “3261 48500 “Subsidies for school activities”, of the Alzira City Council Budget for the year 2025. Sixth.- Documentation: Subsidy applications will contain the following documentation: 1. Instance signed by the legal representative of the applicant entity, con arreglo al modelo oficial que figura como Anexo I. 2. Proyecto de la actividad en el que se especificará: - Título del proyecto. - Responsable o responsables. - Justificación. - Objetivos. - Actividades. - Temporalización. - Recursos necesarios humanos y materiales. - Presupuesto detallado. - Evaluación. - Posibilidad de continuidad de la actividad. 3. Con el proyecto se tendrá que presentar un certificado del acuerdo del Consejo Escolar del centro o centros participantes, en el que se decide realizar la actividad y solicitar la ayuda. Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board. The maximum period to resolve will be six months from the publication of the call. Eighth: For the justification and collection of the subsidies regulated by these rules, the presentation of the supporting account of the subsidy granted according to the model in Annex II of this call is required.
