Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Self-employed SMEs and SMEs communities of goods that comply with the provisions of Article 2 of the regulatory bases, from any sector of activity except those dedicated to fishing, aquaculture, primary production of agricultural products listed in Annex I of the Treaty, and the sectors of steel, coal, shipbuilding, synthetic fibers, transport and related infrastructures and production and distribution of energy and energy and research infrastructures, who make an eligible investment in the territory of the Community. Autonomous Region of Murcia. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call, in accordance with the competitive competition regime provided for in Chapter I, of Title I of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to call for aid aimed at supporting productive and technological investments. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of March 28, 2023 of the Ministry of Business, Social Economy and the Self-Employed approving the regulatory bases of the support program for Productive and Technological Investments co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), BORM No. 82 of April 11, 2023. Fourth. Financing: The maximum available credit for this call is FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€500,000) charged to budget item 1607.771E.75001 for 2025 and the corresponding one for 2026, in accordance with the following estimated distribution: - 2025 Annuity: €200,000 - 2026 Annuity: €300,000 This credit will be financed up to 60%, or with a higher co-financing rate if appropriately agreed, with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), that is, up to THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND euros (€300,000), assigned to the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia, in accordance with the Region of Murcia FEDER 2021-2027 Program (Specific Objective OE 1.3). Fifth. Amount and intensity of the subsidy: Non-refundable subsidy with a maximum intensity of 50% for small companies and 40% for medium-sized companies on eligible costs, and a maximum amount per beneficiary of €50,000. Sixth. Eligible costs: The acquisition of new material assets (including transport and packaging costs), made from third parties, excluding acquisitions from group companies or related parties. The purchase of land and buildings, civil works (except that strictly necessary for the start-up of the new equipment), training expenses, and subsistence and travel expenses for the start-up of the new equipment are excluded. The project must have a minimum eligible investment of 50,000 euros. Seventh. Submission and deadline: The grant application is available in the standardized forms provided at the address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto and can be submitted from 9 a.m. the day after the publication of the extract of this call and up to a maximum period of two months from the date of publication of the extract of the call.
