Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: For the granting of this aid, the following requirements and priorities will be taken into account: First: officers of the General Corps of the Army, General Corps of the Arms of the Army, Corps of Specialists of the Army and complementary soldiers with the status of career military personnel of the aforementioned bodies, who are occupying positions as chief/assistant of personnel or intelligence section in the Army in brigade, regiment, battalion or group type units. Second: non-commissioned officers of the General Corps of the Army in possession of a university degree, diploma or graduate in the field of legal, economic or political sciences and who are occupying positions of chief/assistant of personnel or intelligence section in the Army in brigade, regiment, battalion or group type units. Third: officers of the General Corps of the Army, General Corps of the Arms of the Army, Corps of Specialists of the Army, complementary soldiers with the status of career military personnel of the aforementioned corps and non-commissioned officers of the General Corps of the Army, who are performing functions as company chief and who are in possession of a university degree of bachelor's degree, diploma or graduate in the field of legal, economic or political sciences. Fourth: permanent troops and sailors with career military status and troops and sailors with long-term commitment in possession of a university degree, diploma or graduate in the field of legal, economic or political sciences and who are part of the personnel and intelligence sections in brigade, regiment, battalion or group type units. Fifth: permanent professional military personnel not included in the previous priorities and who are part of the structure of the Army. Those who are entitled to free tuition and do not pay any type of fee are excluded from this financial aid. Within each priority, a priority will be made assessing the destination and employment of the applicants, as established in section 4.2 of the call. Second.Object. The purpose of this call is the granting of aid whose purpose is to cover the costs of the first registration fees (fees, exam fees, etc.) corresponding to the completion of the Master's Degree in Military Law, reflected in the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Ministry of Defense for the period 2024-2026, Defense Order 13/2024, of May 20. Third. Regulatory bases. Approved by Defense Order/411/2024 of April 25, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the completion of the Master's Degree in Military Law, published in the Official Defense Gazette No. 92 of May 10, 2024. Fourth. Amount. The financial award is 35,000 euros, with a maximum aid per enrolled student of 4,300 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen (15) business days from the day following the day of publication in the "Official State Gazette." Sixth. Other data. The completion of the master's degree will be without prejudice to the service, although those designated will be authorized to be absent from the destination for the purpose of taking the exams and their attendance will be considered an act of service. The time dedicated in person or online to the execution of the mandatory internships of the master's degree will also be considered an act of service, without the right to compensation. Incompatible with any other subsidy, aid, income or resources for the same purpose. This presentation will be made directly by the interested party, who will be responsible for ensuring that it is done within the deadlines established for this in the call.
